چکیده
احساس امنیت یکی از نیاز های جامعه انسانی و از مهمترین شاخص های کیفیت محیط است امروزه در جوامع شهری پیچیده عوامل گوناگون محیطی در جریان یک تاثیر گذاری متاقبل سبب بروز انواع نابسامانی ها انحرافات و جرائم شده اند. از سوی دیگر بروز انواع ناهنجاری های اجتماعی به ویژه وقوع جرائم مواد مخدر یکی از مشکلات مهم کشور در مقطع کنونی و دغدغه ای برای مسئولین قضایی و انتظامی کشور است پژوهش حاضر کوشیده است با تمرکز بر شناسایی و تحلیل جغرافیایی جرایم مرتبط با مواد مخدر در شهر کرمان حرکتی جدید در در عرصه پیشگیری محیطی از بزهکاری بردارد با تشریح دیدگتا کانون های جرم خیز و اهمیت و ضرورت مطالعه ان سعی شده است کانون های عمده جرایم مرتبط با مواد مخدر شهر کرمان با استفاده از روش های اولیه آماری و روش تخمین تراکم کرنل شناسایی شوند نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که مرکز ثقل مواد مخدر تقریبا منطبق با بخش مرکزی شهر کرمان است و از مرکز شهر به سمت شرق و غرب متمایل است .از دلایل کالبدی موثر بر تراکم زیاد جرائم مواد مخدر در این مناطق می توان به فشردگی کاربری مسکونی در بخش یاد شده و کمبود بسیاری از امکانات شهری از جمله کاربری های فرهنگی ، ورزشی، فضای سبز و گذران اوقات فراغت که زمینه های تفریح و فعالیت سالم و جلوگیری از ورود جمعیت نوجوان و جوان به گرو های بزهکاری را فراهم می سازد اشاره کرد .

چکیده [English]
Security is one of human societal needs and the most important
index of space quality. In our modern complex urban societies,
different environmental factors result various disharmonies and crimes
in an i.nteractive influence process. On the other hand, occurrence of
diverse societal abnormalities especially drug crimes is currently one
of the important problems of our country and judicial authorities
concerns. Thus, this research has tried to take a new step towards
environmental prevention by focusing on the identification and
geographic analysis of drug crimes in Kerman city. It has hied to
specify the major hotspots of drug crimes in Kerman city using
primary statistical methods and kernel density estimation by
illustrating the importance of crime hotspots study. It is obvious that
the results of this study can help environmental prevention activities
and police performances against drug abuse and trafficking in Kerman
and also we can prevent f0l111ingof these regions by understanding
spatial, temporal and societal factors fC)lming crime hotspots. The
results indicate that drug-dealing crime center is approximately
coincident with central part of the city with an inclination to both east
and west. The congestion of residential usage in these parts of the city
and lack of urban facilities such as cuitural, sports, green lands and
recreation and healthy leisure activities that provide prevention of
entering teenagers and young adults into delinquency groups is one of
the efTective enviromnental reasons for the high drug-dealing crime.
