Today, an investment in football sector, which as one of the most popular sports around the world, has led to an upward trend. In fact, the huge money that has spent on the transfer of players, the right to broadcast television, sponsorship, etc., has provided a suitable platform for money laundering in the field of football. As a result, the Financial Action Task Force expressed the need for an alert on the issue of money laundering by publishing a 2009 report on such a dangerous environment. In this regard, the FATF does not just discourage the identification of vulnerable areas of money laundering in the football sector, but numerous prior and posterior mechanisms are in place to deal with these behaviors. Thus, during the present research, it attempts to study the FATF's measures against money laundering in football sector and also analyzes of Iranian legislator function to enforce each of the aforementioned measures.

Anticruelty to animals is included in the humanitarian approach, which also has an anti-violence function. On this occasion, the criminal law activists have criminalized several forms of animal abuse an and create punishments against them. The scope of the animal abuse is not included physical abuse, but in a broad view, it also covers animal neglect abuse. In this way, the United States criminal justice system at the federal and state levels has developed a strategy for effective and efficient animal abuse. Of course, this is not limited to the comprehensive criminality of animal species, and various criminal and non-criminal measures have been put in place in the face of these acts. On the other hand, national legislators have adopted an incomplete approach to animal abuse. In this regard, during this paper, attempts are made to map the peculiar criminal policy for animal abuse by measuring and analyzing the criminal rules of Iran and the United States.

Today and with the advancement of medical science, the issue of protecting the health of the fetus has become more and more of a concern for actors in the field of health and legislation. On this occasion, fetal abuse is not limited to physical violence that causes abortion or damage to their members. Rather, it includes many of the risk behaviors that a pregnant woman during pregnancy can provide for the incidence of death, fetal illnesses, and fetal disorders. In this regard, the United States has, along with the relative ban on abortion, has provided suitable criminal protection against other abuse to the fetus, also known as the protection of unborn children. In addition to the federal area, this issue has been further targeted in some states like South Carolina. In this regard, the national criminal justice system, although in the Islamic Penal Code and Tacitus, has provided a supportive approach to violence against the fetus, but has not responded to the fetal neglect or failure. Therefore, in this study, the aim of this study is to provide a supportive strategy by analyzing and comparing the fetal abuse status in the criminal system of the United States and Iran.
